INVITATION

The Polish Independence Banquet and Polonez Ball

will be held on November 03, 2018

at the

Chase Park Plaza Hotel in St. Louis 

The dance music will be provided by the 17-piece  band called The Diz Strohman Band. The band performs music from the 1930s and 1940s. 

We sent out almost 300 invitations to the members of our Polish-American community in St. Louis.  If, for some reason, you have not received your invitation in the mail and would like to come to the Ball simply fill out the RSVP card, enclose the check, and mail it to the indicated address.  The check should be payable to the Polish American Cultural Society.  All profits from the Polish Independence Banquet and Polonez Ball will go to the FUNDACJA „NA RATUNEK DZIECIOM Z CHOROBĄ NOWOTWOROWĄ”      http://www.naratunek.org   

Wysłaliśmy już prawie 300 zaproszeń członkom społeczności polsko-amerykańskiej w St. Louis.  Jeśli nie otrzymaliście Państwo jeszcze od nas zaproszenia (za to przeoczenie oczywiście przepraszamy), a macie ochotę na przyjście,  prosimy o wydrukowanie karty RSVP (patrz poniżej), załączenie czeku i wysłanie na podany na karcie adres.  Czek powinien być płatny na Polish American Cultural Society.  Cały zysk z balu będzie wysłany do FUNDACJA „NA RATUNEK DZIECIOM Z CHOROBĄ NOWOTWOROWĄ”  http://www.naratunek.org
